Saying Mexico in July is hot and humid is an understatement. Being outdoors is like being in a sauna! That’s why on our recent trip to the St. Regis in Punta Mita my husband and I spent most of our time in the pools or the ocean. My suitcase is usually chocked full of swimsuits, coverups and lightweight dresses. I will sometimes add an extra special outfit or dress just in case I get inspired to wear something a little different. This little blue dress by Isabel Garcia is just that little something different I wanted. I found it at Nordstrom Rack a few days before my trip. I imagined myself dancing the night away to salsa music by the sea. Well… there was no dancing by the sea, but it did get worn one evening for a nice dinner. I felt like a million bucks in it and I was glad it made its way into my suitcase. You can shop the dress and rest of my outfit at the end of the post.
