So one of my favorite things to do after picking strawberries “Because you know you’re gonna have too many to eat“ is to make jam. Making strawberry jam takes me back to when I was maybe eight years old staying with my grandma during the summer and watching her make strawberry freezer jam and the next morning getting up and making toast out of her homemade white bread and of course her yummy jam. Hanoi, Halong Bay, and Sapa were part of our 17 day trip through Vietnam a few years back. We started our journey in the north flying into Hanoi, and worked our way south flying out of Ho Chi Minh City. It was a great way to see the whole country without backtracking.
