It was the GOOD The BAD and the Ugly of Sundance.
This was the first time we attended the beginning part of the film Festival. (we usually do the last part) It was crazy busy, parties all over, more actors, and required a little more planning.

(And not to mention lose some weight)
So it’s the beginning of the “New Year,” and like most of you I’m kicking it off with getting back to eating clean and starting some kind of workout regimen. In this write up I’m talking about a program that REALLY helped me over a year ago and I am trying to get back to it for 2019.
My clean eating was brought on by a good friend who was doing this clean eating way of life. (She lost something like 25 lbs over a 2 month span) She was so great at pushing me to try what she had already made happen for her self.
That being said it was going to take ME making it happen for myself.
I really wanted to get to the bottom of why I wasn’t eating the right kinds of food to fuel my body well, and why I was ok with making myself feel SO unhealthy?…

Dubrovnik has rapidly become one of Europe’s hottest summer vacation destinations. This beautiful city, which is surrounded by some of the most beautiful blue waters of the Adriatic is a beach lovers dream. While I walked the medieval walls of the pedestrian friendly Old Town and looked out over the islands dotting the Dalmatian coast, I understand why Dubrovnik has been dubbed “The Pearl of the Adriatic.” …

When I found out my husband’s company’s Holiday party would be held in San Francisco, I immediately started looking for a hotel for the night. Tis’ the season to be jolly, right? At least that is what the song says. Don’t get me wrong, I love the holiday season. I mean, I start counting down the days ‘til Christmas in September. I love decorating, I love shopping, I love the traditions and spending time with family and friends. I want to do all the special things with my kids while they are still young and want to do them. I want to make each year magical and create memories my family will cherish forever.

I have always been instinctively drawn to the south. (Could be that my dad is a Texan and one part of my mother’s family resided in parts of Tennessee) And Nashville has always been on the top of my bucket list for Domestic Travel.
So what did I think about Nashville? Well, It TOTALLY lived up to the hype and that Southern hospitality is alive and well there in Nashville.
I flew in on a Wednesday night with my sister. We decided to do airbnb so we would have more rooms for less. (Great choice) This place was SO cute. And only 12 minutes from downtown Nashville. It was called the “hokey tonk hide away” and the owner (Lindsey) was on top of things.
I truly felt at home while there and almost a quarter of the time didn’t even want to go out because it was so cozy and inviting.
